I have never really tried to stop smoking before but always imagined it very difficult because I really liked and enjoyed it.

But when I fell pregnant I immediately reduced from 20 to 2 – 3 cigarettes a day but didn’t give up completely.  I thought I can’t do it alone, so I saw Shola and got a nicotine inhalator.  The first week was easy but the second week was very hard.  But it helped me a lot to see Shola once a week and just talk about the success so far and get some advice.  After the second week I also stopped using the inhalator and I suddenly found it very easy because I know it’s the best for me and my baby.

I am very happy I stopped smoking and very grateful for the very friendly help I received.
